EVMS Ladiologists, led by MCR Breast Imager Shannon Wilson, recently held an annual holiday gathering to celebrate the holidays, mentor EVMS radiology residents, and collect shoes for the charity Soles for Souls.
The event this year was a private tea party at the Hunter House Victorian Museum in Norfolk, previously the home of a doctor in the late 1800’s-early 1900’s, who specialized in cardiology and radiology !
The Ladiologists group started as an EVMS resident initiative with staff radiologist participation from several Hampton Roads area practices. The group is open to all local female radiologists, medical students and radiology residents seeking mentorship, camaraderie, and community.
