Justin Day, DOGeneral Radiology
Dr. Day grew up in the Pacific Northwest and joined MCR after a 24 year career in the US Navy, where he transitioned from a career as a Naval Flight Officer to become a Diagnostic Radiologist. Dr. Day and his family have lived in the Hampton Roads area since 2012, and during that time he has provided general medical and radiology services in a wide variety of settings, from warships to hospital ships to large military treatment facilities. He also deployed to support humanitarian missions providing medical care to underserved populations in South and Central America as well as the Eastern Caribbean.
In addition to maintaining a diverse set of skills as a general radiologist, Dr. Day has developed a special interest in teaching residents the interpretation and performance of diagnostic ultrasound.
