Neil Vachhani, MDPediatric Radiology
Dr. Vachhani is board certified diagnostic radiologist who completed fellowship training in pediatric radiology. He works primarily at CHKD and is involved in all aspects of imaging in the pediatric population.
Born and raised in Hampton Roads, and having graduated from Kempsville High School, Old Dominion University and Eastern Virginia Medical School, Dr. Vachhani has always felt a special bond to the region. Upon completing his radiology training in Philadelphia, Dr. Vachhani moved to Ohio where he became the Head of Pediatric Radiology at the Cleveland Clinic. Given the opportunity to move back home, Dr. Vachhani and his family relocated back to Hampton Roads where he took on the role of Medical Director of Radiology at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters (CHKD).
In his free time, Dr. Vachhani loves spending time with his family and enjoys the many outdoor activities that are easily accessible in this region, including hiking and spending time at the ocean. Repeatedly recognized as a Coastal Virginia Magazine “Top Doc.” Dr. Vachhani is excited to give back to the community that has given him so much.
