Christopher O'Neill, MDBody Imaging
Originally from the Hampton Roads area, Dr. O’Neill performed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency and Body Imaging Fellowship at Medical College of Virginia – VCU Health. Upon joining MCR, Dr. O’Neill was quickly recognized as a tremendous resource for area surgical oncologists, urologists, and gastroenterologists. He is an active participant in multidisciplinary conferences to include pancreatic, gastroenterology and urology tumor conferences. Along with Dr. Sarah Shaves, Dr. O’Neill was a driving force behind the creation of the EVMS Body Fellowship, the only such fellowship offered in eastern Virginia.
Dr. O’Neill’s accomplishments have been recognized as a multi-year winner of Coastal Virginia Magazine “Top Doc.” An active participant with the EVMS Radiology Residency, Dr. O’Neill was the 2020 recipient of the “Golden Apple” teaching award.
Dr. O’Neill lives in Virginia Beach with his family. His hobbies include traveling, boating, and other water activities.
