Meet Dr. Hassan Elzein
After years of undergraduate and postgraduate studies throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, Dr. Elzein has returned to the Hampton Roads area where he was raised.
Dr. Elzein performed his undergraduate studies at Old Dominion University (ODU), where he received multiple awards including the ODU Alumni Association’s Outstanding University Scholar. From ODU, Dr. Elzein matriculated at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. Upon graduation, he completed a diagnostic radiology residency and Musculoskeletal Radiology fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. He joined MCR in 2024.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Elzein enjoys playing soccer, watching English Premier League games, traveling and enjoying global cuisine.
