Dr. Notley completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology. After moving to the United States and working as a management consultant, he changed career paths and attended Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Notley completed his diagnostic radiology residency and fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center, and has been practicing radiology in Williamsburg since 2016.
Dr. Notley has three grown children. In his free time, he can be found watching and playing soccer.
